ATV Clubs here is an Excellent Opportunity to begin your yearly membership drives.

$50 Donation to the Event – Non-Refundable

Pre-Registration ends: April 30^th2024

Event Tee Shirt Order closing April 30^th2024

Includes: 10×10 outdoor booth space (club must provide their own booth materials, tables, chairs, pop-up, etc.) and 1 Event Tee Shirt

**Additional Event Tee Shirts available size Small to XL $20@ 2XL to 5XL $25@ ALL TEE SHIRTS Must be ordered and paid for prior to April 30^th 2024. Each club will receive 1 entry ticket into the club $250 Raffle. We must have a minimum of 10 clubs registered in order to award the $250 Club Drawing.

Clubs will NOT be allowed to sell any 50/50 raffles – NO EXCEPTIONS

Clubs may sell any current club Raffle Tickets

The Event is also seeking assistance from the ATV Club community for items for the Chinese Raffle; that will be held on the day of the Event. Any Club who donates an item(s) valued at $100 or over, the club will receive an extra ticket entry into the $250 Club Drawing.
